Hors Piste is a comedic animated short film about two mountain rescuers who ascend a freezing peak by helicopter in order to rescue an injured climber. They appear experienced and efficient, but an accident forces them to pitch themselves and their cargo down the mountain. As the rescuers descend, their improvisational methods get increasingly absurd. Hors Piste is a lighthearted and hilarious offering in our short narrative film block, showcasing impressive animation and irreverent humor in a tight runtime.  (Written by Ethan King, ‘21)
