Ed Decter is a film director, producer and screenwriter, with television and film credits that include There’s Something About Mary, The Santa Clause 3, The Santa Clause 2, The New Guy, and The Lizzie McGuire Movie, and television credits that include Boy Meets World, In Plain Sight, and Shadowhunters. An active member of the NESCAC family, Decter is an alumnus and guest lecturer at Wesleyan University, as well as a parent of a current Bates student. (Written by Teagan Ladner ’21)
