Jordan Roberts is an Academy Award-nominated screenwriter and director who is known for writing and directing three major feature films and co-writing the screenplay for Big Hero 6, which won best animated feature at the 87^th Academy Awards. He also wrote the narration for the documentary March of the Penguins, which won the Academy Award for Best Documentary Feature in 2005. His first credit in a film was for writing the screenplay for a 1997 comedy called The Debtors. Roberts then branched out into directing, starting in 2004 with Around the Bend and continuing with Frankie Go Boom in 2012 and Burn Your Maps in 2016.
