Jon Vickers is the founding director of the IU Cinema. Prior to becoming the director, Vickers served as managing director of the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center at the University of Notre Dame. In the early 1990s, he also opened the Vickers Theatre, an independent, single-screen arthouse in Three Oaks, MI.
